Print Advertising Series for InClean Magazine

Challenges & Objectives

/ Project Overview

This project is an ongoing series of print advertisements developed for Agar and published in InClean Magazine over the past four years. The work includes full-page and quarter-page advertisements across multiple product ranges, produced for a specialist trade audience in cleaning and facilities management.

Rather than operating as short-term campaigns, the focus has been on maintaining clarity, consistency, and brand recognition within a recurring editorial schedule. Each advertisement needed to function independently while reinforcing a coherent long-term brand presence across successive issues.

/ Challenges

  • Working within a recurring monthly editorial cycle rather than a single fixed brief

  • Responding to changing magazine themes while maintaining strict brand consistency

  • Keeping repeated formats visually fresh without introducing unnecessary noise

  • Communicating practical product benefits clearly to a trade-focused audience

The core challenge was sustaining relevance and clarity over time, not solving a one-off creative problem.

/ Objectives

  • Maintain a consistent and recognisable print presence for Agar

  • Communicate product benefits clearly and efficiently

  • Align each execution with the publication’s editorial theme

  • Deliver repeatable, high-quality print work within ongoing production cycles

/ Final Outcome

The outcome is a cohesive body of print advertising work that has supported Agar’s visibility and credibility within a specialist industry publication over several years. The series balances editorial responsiveness with strong brand continuity, ensuring each advertisement is clear, functional, and contextually appropriate.

Together, the work forms a dependable and recognisable print presence that reinforces trust in the brand through consistency, clarity, and disciplined execution.
