(Description)
Worked with Agar Cleaning Systems to create practical product videos that demonstrate real-world use and results. The focus was on clear instruction, on-site filming, and straightforward communication that builds trust and supports customer understanding.
This project is a series of product and instructional videos produced for Agar, focused on demonstrating real-world product use across commercial and industrial environments. The videos were developed in collaboration with Agar’s co-director and sales team, combining practical instruction with clear visual explanation.
Rather than polished marketing pieces, the emphasis was on clarity, accuracy, and trust. Each video needed to show how products perform in real conditions, using straightforward explanations and on-site demonstrations that reflected how customers actually use them.
The key challenge was maintaining credibility and clarity while working across varied sites, products, and presenters.
Each video was approached as a focused demonstration rather than a promotional piece. I worked closely with Agar’s director and sales representatives to identify the key product benefits and common use cases, then structured each shoot around clear steps and outcomes.
Filming prioritised real environments like garages, warehouses, brick surfaces, sealed floors, and cold storage facilities, to show products performing under actual conditions. Direction remained simple and instructional, allowing the product results to speak for themselves.
The result is a practical and expanding video library that supports Agar’s sales, training, and customer education efforts. The videos provide clear guidance on product use, reinforce confidence in performance, and showcase results achieved in real working environments.
Together, the series strengthens Agar’s credibility by showing products in action rather than relying on abstract claims.
